Mr. Williams has practiced law since 1988 and was part of the original group that established Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull & Burrow PLLC in July 2000. Mr. Williams has tried over fifty jury trials. His practice has been almost exclusively in Arkansas state court, and he has tried cases in virtually every part of the state. Mr. Williams is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Product Liability Litigation.
Over the last twelve years, a significant portion of Mr. Williams' practice has been premises liability defense. Mr. Williams' clients include national and regional retail, grocery, and restaurant chains. Mr. Williams has also represented various local businesses in premises liability cases. Other aspects of Mr. Williams' practice include representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, products liability defense and trucking and transportation defense.
Most recently Mr. Williams represented the manufacturer of a component part of a fluorescent light fixture that was alleged to have caused a fire that destroyed a junior high school resulting in $15 million in property damage; the manufacturer of a component part of a fire suppression system located in an aircraft hangar that accidentally discharged, causing an estimated $2 million in damages to the jet aircraft located inside the hangar; and the manufacturer of a personal watercraft with an alleged propulsion defect resulting in severe personal injury to the operator.
