Mr. Tyler is a transactional attorney at QGTB whose practice emphasizes estate planning, wills and trusts, taxation, and corporate and real estate transactions.
In 2001, Mr. Tyler graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. in finance and a minor in French. Upon graduating college, Mr. Tyler worked as a treasury analyst with Homecomings Financial in Dallas, Texas.
In 2005, Mr. Tyler received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. After graduating law school, Mr. Tyler received an LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2006. While receiving his LL.M. degree, he clerked for firms such as Lewis, Rice, & Fingersh LC and Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P. He also helped draft the annual supplement to Alson R. Martin’s book entitled Limited Liability Company & Partnership Answer Book and the annual supplement to Edwin Hood’s book entitled, Closely Held Businesses in Estate Planning.
Mr. Tyler was admitted to practice in Arkansas in 2005 and was selected as a Rising Star for 2008 in the area of Estate Planning by Mid-South SuperLawyers.
