Mr. Kelley’s primary area of practice is litigation.
Mr. Kelley obtained his J.D. in 2010 from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and received The American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law and the Bureau of National Affairs Award for excellence in the study of labor and employment law. While in law school, Mr. Kelley participated in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition, served as a member and officer of the Environmental Law Society, and volunteered with Court Appointed Special Advocates.
Mr. Kelley graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006, receiving a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance.
Mr. Kelley was licensed to practice in Arkansas in 2010.
