Mr. Frazier has represented banks, lending institutions, real estate developers, wireless communication companies, and other clients in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Frazier has extensive experience in commercial lending transactions, real estate acquisition, real estate finance, land use and zoning, and other complex commercial, banking, and land use matters.
Mr. Frazier is a member of the state chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and counsel to numerous financial institutions, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
Among completed transactions, Mr. Frazier lists numerous commercial developments, residential developments (including multi-family and single family subdivisions), planned developments, condominiums, and hotels. He has served as zoning counsel to numerous wireless communications companies and has supervised zoning for wireless communications clients throughout the midwest, south, and southeastern United States. Mr. Frazier has served as land use and zoning counsel on numerous commercial and residential developments throughout the State of Arkansas. Mr. Frazier is also legal counsel to numerous banks and financial institutions in central Arkansas and handles commercial and real estate lending as well as complex work-outs and foreclosures.
Mr. Frazier is a frequent lecturer to banking and real estate industry groups and frequently serves as a panelist for seminars sponsored by professional educational organizations on real estate, commercial lending, and land use topics.
Mr. Frazier is nationally recognized by Chambers & Partners Directory of America's Leading Business Lawyers as among the best lawyers in the State of Arkansas and the nation.
