Mr. Elrod is a litigation associate. His practice areas are complex commercial litigation, newspaper law, and employment litigation, and he has worked in a range of matters including commercial disputes, property boundary disputes, business torts, defamation, estate disputes, and employment discrimination.
Mr. Elrod graduated with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2005, where he was a Member and Associate Research Editor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. He was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 2005.
