David A. Curran

Commercial, Tort, Class Action, Employment, and Appellate Litigation

Mr. Curran’s practice is primarily devoted to complex business, tort, and employment litigation at the pre-trial, trial and appellate stages. He has represented companies and individuals in cases involving alleged antitrust violations, contract breaches, securities fraud, theft of trade secrets, toxic torts, employment discrimination, violations of covenants not to compete, and other matters. Mr. Curran has also represented corporations in the defense of commercial and consumer class actions.

Mr. Curran received his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with high honors and served as Articles Editor of the Texas Law Review. Mr. Curran's articles have been published in the Ohio Northern University Law Review and the Texas Law Review. He has been a seminar speaker on several law-related topics.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Curran clerked for Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida. He then worked as an associate at the Washington, D.C., firm of Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel PLLC. Mr. Curran is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Texas, and Washington, D.C.
