Ms. Crocker is a transactional attorney with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. She represents a variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and ownership of commercial properties including retail and office buildings. She has been involved in numerous retail shopping center developments, including the largest real estate transaction in the corporate history of a major global retailer. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Crocker practiced with a large law firm in Nashville, Tennessee in that firm’s corporate and securities department. She has worked on mergers and acquisitions for both private and public companies. In addition, she has prepared and advised public clients on Securities Exchange Act reporting obligations.
Ms. Crocker graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in American Studies. Upon graduation, she worked for two years as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Tim Hutchinson in Washington, DC.
Ms. Crocker received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2005. While in law school, she was a member of Law Review, Phi Delta Phi Honors Legal Society and was secretary of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Crocker is the author of Note, “Zelman v. Simmons-Harris: The Establishment Clause and the Fight for School Vouchers,” 58 Ark. L. Rev. 395 (2005).
Ms. Crocker was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2005 and in Arkansas in 2008.
