Mr. Burrow is a founding member of Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull & Burrow PLLC. Mr. Burrow has represented banks, savings and loans, and other clients in a variety of transactional matters. Mr. Burrow has substantial experience in bank regulation, lending, securities, taxation, and commercial transactions. During his career, Mr. Burrow has been frequently involved in the formation of de novo banks as well as merger and acquisition matters regarding publicly and privately held bank holding companies, banks, and savings and loan associations. Mr. Burrow is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Banking and Finance Law and Securities/Capital Markets Law.
Among completed transactions, Mr. Burrow lists numerous bank and bank holding company formations, stock offerings, and merger and acquisition transactions. He is actively involved in the general legal representation of banks in routine daily operations, including lending issues, regulatory matters, and corporate governance issues.
Mr. Burrow is a frequent lecturer to many industry groups, in addition to the Arkansas Bar Association. Lecture topics have included bank and bank holding company regulatory issues, usury, and legislative issues of interest to banks.
Mr. Burrow is licensed in both Arkansas and Tennessee.
