Daniel D. Boland

Mr. Boland has extensive experience in the areas of banking and savings and loan law and regulation, mortgage banking, real estate finance and acquisition, business acquisitions, commercial and consumer lending, credit cards and debtor/creditor relations.

Among completed transactions, Mr. Boland lists numerous commercial and real estate lending transactions, workouts and foreclosures, real estate acquisitions and development, purchases and sales of mortgage loan portfolios, establishment of a title insurance agency, acquisition of a banking charter, business acquisitions, establishment of a credit card operation, and sales of credit card portfolios.

Mr. Boland attended Hendrix College as a National Merit Scholar, graduating with a major in Business. He attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree with high honors and graduated first in his class.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Boland engaged in a business oriented law practice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Before joining Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull and Burrow, PLLC, Mr. Boland was general counsel for an Arkansas headquartered bank and its mortgage banking and title insurance affiliates.
