Mr. Boland has extensive experience in the areas of debtor/creditor relations, banking and savings and loan law and regulation, mortgage banking, real estate finance and acquisition, business acquisitions, commercial and consumer lending, and credit cards.
Among completed transactions, Mr. Boland lists numerous commercial and real estate lending transactions, workouts and foreclosures, real estate acquisitions and development, purchases and sales of mortgage loan portfolios, establishment of a title insurance agency, acquisition of a banking charter, business acquisitions, establishment of a credit card operation, and sales of credit card portfolios.
Mr. Boland attended Hendrix College, graduating with a major in Business. He attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree with high honors and graduated first in his class.
Mr. Boland is licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
