Mr. Amos is a transactional attorney at QGTB whose practice emphasizes the financing and development of commercial, residential, and mixed use real estate projects. Mr. Amos is active in all stages of a complex real estate transaction, from assisting clients with the negotiation of the initial purchase agreement to the ultimate disposition or lease of developed property. Mr. Amos advises clients on land use matters, entity formation, and all instruments governing the development and management of real property.
Mr. Amos is a member of the state chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and devotes a portion of his practice to the representation of major national retailers.
Mr. Amos attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, cum laude, in 1999. After college, Mr. Amos attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned the degree of Juris Doctor in 2002.
Mr. Amos was admitted to practice in Texas in 2002, and in Arkansas in 2007.
